Our Team
Our management team is passionate about being a catalyst for part-time professional employment. We have lived and worked in the Washington, D.C. metro area for over 15 years and together have more than 40 years of experience as business professionals spanning many industries, functional areas, and corporate cultures. We have worked full-time, part-time, in flexible work arrangements and on project-based work. We understand staffing challenges companies face and their impact on business performance. We are also moms and understand the challenges of finding fulfilling work while preserving time for family responsibilities.
Ellen Grealish – Ellen has over 12 years of experience in strategic sales, marketing, consulting, and project management working with hi-tech products and services. During her professional career, she worked for Hewlett-Packard in information technology and then as a marketing and sales development manager for Networked Printing and Digital Imaging Hardware and Software Solutions. Ellen was also a senior consultant for Andersen Consulting (now Accenture) working for both the Washington D.C. and London-based consulting practices. She has worked and lived abroad and has traveled extensively. She is active in local school and community organizations. She studied Economics and History at Oxford University and has a BA in Economics, summa cum laude, from Boston College.
Sheila Murphy – Sheila has over 12 years of domestic and international management consulting experience. During her professional career she has worked with numerous local, state, and federal government clients, including the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development and the U.S. Agency for International Development. She also spent two years in Peru as a social worker for the Center for the Working Child. Sheila is active in the local community including coaching track and leading fundraising activities. She has a BA in Political Science from Boston College.
Gwenn Rosener – Gwenn has over 15 years of experience in strategy development, merger integration and business process reengineering. During her professional career she has worked for Ernst & Young’s management consulting practice, General Electric, and Sara Lee. She was on the board of the YWCA of San Pedro, CA for five years and served as its President, Vice President, and fundraising chair. She has a BS in Industrial Engineering and Operations Research from Virginia Tech, an MS in Systems Engineering from Virginia Tech, and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
