Below is a summary listing of areas of expertise where we currently have a wealth of talented professionals who are eager to work on a part-time, flexible, or project basis at affordable rates.
Finance & Accounting – We have a wide range of candidates in finance and accounting. We have CPAs as well full-charge bookkeepers and financial administrators qualified to manage day-to-day accounting operations including A/R and A/P transactions, bank reconciliations, financial reporting, G/L maintenance, payroll, financial planning and budgeting, cash management, audit preparation, financial administration, etc. We have candidates experienced in both government and commercial sectors and with large, mid-sized, and small companies. Rates for our current candidates in this area are between $25 and $70 per hour depending on the job responsibilities and candidate qualifications.
Marketing, Communications & Business Development – We have a wealth of candidates with deep marketing and communications experience. They have worked in a variety of industries and for large and small entities, including start-ups. Many have held senior-level positions where they have been responsible for the message, media, and roll-out of marketing programs. We also have marketing support staff for developing, editing and managing web content and newsletters, media production, and graphic design. A number speak multiple languages. Rates for our candidates in this area are between $30 and $80 per hour.
Program Management & Proposal Writing – We have a significant number of candidates with 15+ years of experience in proposal writing, capture, and management in both government and commercial environments. Beyond their proposal and technical writing experience, many also have hands-on experience in systems development or process reengineering life cycles as well as project and program management. They have worked at consulting firms such as Booz-Allen and Hamilton, Ernst & Young, and Accenture; for government contractors such as EDS, SAIC, and AT&T Government Solutions; and for government entities including the Department of State, FBI, Air Force, FAA, and Department of Homeland Security. Some have active security clearances. Rates for our current candidates in this area fall between $30 and $75 per hour.
Human Resource Management – We have candidates with full-spectrum human resource management experience, as well as specialists in benefits management, compensation analysis, payroll processing, organizational change and development, diversity planning, etc.
Training & Instructional Design – We have candidates with significant experience developing training materials and programs including for e-learning environments. Their experience includes designing interactive courses and course materials, designing the training infrastructure and roll-out, assisting trainers and participants in achieving program success, and managing program communications. Candidates have worked in a variety of industries including government, telecommunications, education, banking, non-profit, etc. Rates for our current candidates in this area fall between $20 and $50 per hour.
Legal & Paralegal – We have candidates with JD’s who are current members of the D.C., Virginia, and/or Maryland Bar Associations who have practiced in a variety of legal capacities including corporate counsel, litigation, public policy, non-profit, etc. We also have paralegal candidates with significant experience. Rates for our current candidates in this area fall between $25 – $35 for paralegals and $35+ for attorneys.
Administration, Analysis, Event Planning & Support Staff – We also have lots of experienced research analysts, customer service reps, event planners, office management, and administrative resources. Rates for candidates in this area fall between $20 and $40 per hour depending on job requirements and experience level.
