Process
Flexforce Professionals employs a high-touch placement process to facilitate the right fit between our clients’ needs and our candidates’ capabilities.
Our placement process starts with an in-person discussion with our client to develop a detailed understanding of the job requirements including job duties, required skills, education, experience, expected hours and schedule, and pay rate. For project-based work, we work with the client to define specific deliverables and milestones.
We then tap into our deep network of top professionals to find candidates that meet the job criteria and flexibility requirements. We interview each potential candidate in person before we select the best candidate and send her or him to the client for a client interview.
Once the client selects a candidate, we check references and run a background check and then process the on-boarding paperwork to get the candidate started.
Clients may choose to contract candidates on an hourly basis from Flexforce or hire them directly through Flexforce. Flexforce takes care of payroll processing for contracted employees.
