Process
Flexforce Professionals employs a high-touch placement process to ensure the right fit between our clients’ needs and our candidates’ capabilities. To register with Flexforce to be considered for placement, please complete the registration form and submit your resume through our registration page.
When we receive a job requisition from a client, our candidate placement process starts by identifying potential candidates from our database and network who fit the skills, experience, and flexibility requirements of the job.
Candidates will then go through our screening process which includes an in-person interview, reference checks and a background check. A final interview may by conducted with the client.
Clients may contract candidates on an hourly basis from Flexforce or hire them directly through Flexforce.
Flexforce takes care of payroll processing for contracted employees. Flexforce does not provide benefits.
